The end result was that you and your team delivered a very high-quality product in a very professional manner. Working with you and your team has been a pleasure (which I can't say for the majority of my other projects and contractors). We have been enjoying our new screened porch, as I'm sure we will for many years to come. Thank you again for delivering what you promised ... and then some.

Brynwood's consultant really listened to our needs, provided great advice, and helped us come up with a great plan. Their construction crew was professional. Their site foreman was flexible and made adjustments where needed with the plan to make sure that we were delighted with the final product. We even changed our mind about a few details during construction and Brynwood Builders made us feel confident that they were focused on creating exactly what we wanted. My husband and I have been thoroughly enjoying our recently finished basement. We wanted to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for the beautiful work you did. What could have been an annoyance and an inconvenience was, instead, handled in a very professional manner. We were very positively impressed by the fact that you presented us with several ideas that we hadn't considered which made us feel involved. This in itself created trust in your abilities to do an excellent job.
We were also pleased with the fact that you appeared each morning on time and always cleaned up when the day ended. The hand made bar cabinets are beautiful and we have received many compliments on their appearance. In addition the area does not have a box-like appearance but has interesting walls and arches and nice window treatments. Indeed the basement somewhat extends the design of the main floor making it seem as if the basement was completed when the house was originally built.
Your costs were within our budget and your bills were presented very clearly which created no sudden surprises. We were happy that you shared your ideas and costs with us at each step. I must say that the sub-contractors used were also very helpful and polite. All in all the experience was very positive and the basement is just beautiful. We would both be happy to recommend your company to anyone who would truly like a lovely area like ours.

I will be sending a picture of the beautiful siding that you installed and painted. Tom called periodically to ensure that we were satisified with the results and to make sure that he was covering all the necessary items. The house looks incredible!! Tom recommended that we replace the rotten wood with the Azek and we could not be happier. Tom came out on time, took care of everything from installation, removal of debris, and finishing touchs.
